Adults

Our adults teams focus on the Cobra's Cup - which is Australia's premier Touch competition. It's highly competitive, with the Division 1 ("A" grade) teams being largely made up of Representative players. The Division 2 & 3 teams also have a fair number of representative players (usually from older juniors or masters) and they help guide our players.

Given our UQ foundations, we have a large contingent of Uni students, past students and staff members in our club.

The Cobra's Cup is played on a Friday night. Male and Female team compete, and there may be a competition introduced. The first timeslot for tap-offs is 6:00pm-6:30pm and the last game is finished before 9:30pm (when many of our students/teams then socialise).

We can recommend a number of local competitions if you are more interested in playing socially.

We support our players through coaching, subsidize some of the costs of Representative touch, and assist with UQ scholarships.

Dates	Games usually begin in June, ending in November.
Games Venue	Games are all at Whites Hill Reserve, Boundary Road, Camp Hill.
Training	Most teams train once a week - typically on a Monday night, or some on a weekend. Training is at UQ (St Lucia campus) for most teams - but that's by arrangement within teams.
Cost	Club fee $130 or $110 if under 18 (all inclusive for each season, including our Presidents Welcome function, and a very heavily subsized 5 Star Trophy Night). ** Due by the 26th July
Uniform	The club supplies a jersey (on loan), girls wear black bike pants, boys wear our club footy shorts (cost $30). Touch shoes are essential. Some soft moulded soccer boots are permitted (best to check with coaches first).
Coaches	We have many experienced players & past players who act as coaches. If you are interested in coaching a team please contact us. We support our coaches by paying for their coaching courses, allowing them to play for free, and a number of other incentives.
